Since March 2016, our school has been preparing to promote institutional research, and on August 1st of the same year, the Institutional Research Center (IR) was officially established.

The center is composed of one director and three members. Its main goals are to support school planning, management decision-making, facilitate internal communication, integrate cross-functional activities, and build the unique brand value of Chungyu University of Film and Arts Technology.

The center collects and utilizes various school-related data, including administrative operations, facilities, teaching measures and academic research of faculty, student learning processes and performance, as well as the backgrounds of both students and teachers. This data is then compiled, analyzed, and interpreted to transform it into useful information.

In its initial operations, the center focuses on five key areas for research and learning: student recruitment, retention and employment, and the teaching and performance of faculty. Ultimately, the goal is to integrate these efforts to achieve sustainable development of the school, address institutional issues, and enhance data analysis.
